  • Our flavor jars are unique in that we use a combination of dried fruits and organic flavorings. The organic flavoring is paired with the dried fruit. Unlike other like-products, Chicago Infusions’ products can be enjoyed immediately! Just fill the jar with the liquor of your choice, shake for @ 1 minute, pour, and enjoy! Jars can be refilled for a 2nd use too. Just refill and let steep overnight.

  • We currently offer four distinct flavors:

    • Old-Fashioned Giddy Up: Featuring dried oranges, dried cranberries, dried cherries, hibiscus flowers, Stevia, and organic flavoring.

    • Lemon Lime Squeeze: Combining dried lemons, dried limes, pineapples, Stevia, and organic flavoring.

    • Orange Mango Bliss: A delightful blend of dried oranges, dried mangos, Stevia, and organic flavoring.

    • Apple Cinnamon Hug: Made from dried apples, cinnamon apples, Stevia, and organic

  • Typically, all of our dried fruit flavors have a shelf-life of 6 - 18 months when stored properly. Shelf life can vary by ingredient or flavor . The “Best Use by Date” is noted on the bottom of every jar. After filling the jars with alcohol, we recommend consuming the contents within one week, with refrigeration strongly recommended.

  • While our jars generally contain organic flavors and dried fruits without preservatives, some flavor varieties do contain a small amount of preservatives to ensure product freshness.

  • We typically process orders within one business day. With standard shipping, orders are usually delivered within 5-7 days. If you purchase two or more jars, you can take advantage of our free shipping offer.

  • I’m sure it tasted as good as it smelled! : ) Yes, the glass jar can be slightly foggy after the shipping process. A small amount of the natural sweetener or organic flavoring might cling to the glass.

  • Refund Policy for Chicago Infusions

    We offer a 15-day refund policy on all products that were not received in satisfactory condition.

    This means you have 15 days from the date of delivery to contact us at info@ChicagoInfusions.com.

    To be eligible for a refund, we strongly prefer that you provide photographs of the item in the same condition as when you received it—unopened, unused, and with all original labels and packaging intact. Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a refund.

If your refund is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

    Due to the nature of our products being food-related, we strongly discourage returns to ensure food safety and protect our customers.
